Starting with fleet tax and finance courses, our work for Fleet Alliance has grown steadily, culminating in 2021 when we developed and launched its online salary sacrifice quotation platform. With ongoing development and enhancement, Gensen Salary Sacrifice and e-fleet work in tandem to offer customers an integrated, retail-focused platform that’s now been white labelled for Fleet Alliance’s key broker partners.
White Papers
We were pleased to contribute to the 2025 White Paper ‘How to manage electric vehicles in a company car fleet’ and participate in the accompanying webinar, as well as contribute to the AllCosts reports and BiK tax blog for AllStar. Additionally, we’ve supported AllStar in developing a charge card salary sacrifice product.
Energy Supplier
As retained advisers, we help OEV answer their customers’ technical questions and support them in developing and introducing new salary sacrifice offerings, such as used cars, subscription services, and charge cards.
Ogilvie Fleet ECO Scheme
Following the introduction of the Optional Remuneration Arrangement legislation (“OpRA”), we helped Ogilvie Fleet to design and develop an innovative, HMRC-compliant employee car ownership (“ECO”) scheme for its customers.
Salary Sacrifice Support
We have advised a number of leasing companies and brokers to understand, set up and promote salary sacrifice for cars, whilst supporting others to answer a host of technical questions ranging from the National Minimum Wage to accounting for leased cars.
Accredited Industry Support
In addition to the bespoke and general tax-based training courses we have developed and presented to a range of clients, including motor manufacturers, leasing companies, and brokers, as a BVRLA-accredited trainer, we run regular courses for its members to help them understand fleet tax, finance, and whole-life costs.

As one of our earliest clients we’ve undertaken a wide variety of work for Arnold Clark and Activa Contracts, ranging from training to consultancy on salary sacrifice and PCH affinity schemes to software development, with both companies being the inaugural licensees of Gensen Vans.
Publications
We wrote a series of Tax and VAT Guides to complement our client’s existing Business Sales e-learning programme and test the knowledge of their dealer-based sales teams. Broken down into specific categories, including the ‘Business Tax Overview’, each guide has its own set of key messages and a supporting question bank to reinforce the learning objectives.
Fleet Tax Guide
Our innovative, multi-platform Fleet Tax Guides have become increasingly popular with clients who appreciate our modern take on the traditional pocket tax guide. With the added advantage of a simple benefit-in-kind calculator and a useful glossary, the Fleet Tax Guide promotes brand awareness.
Whole Life Costs
We created, and helped to design and develop dealer-based software to enable SMEs to compare the whole-life-costs of up to 4 cars. Dealers used the software to help customers determine the most cost-effective car for them and decide whether it's best to lease or buy. For the company owner, additional analyses showed whether it's better to acquire a car through the company or privately.
OEM Cost Optimisation
Using our long-standing, professional expertise, we undertook a comprehensive review of our clients' in-house ECO schemes. Upon completion of our review of the existing and potential alternative schemes, utilising our cost-saving suggestions, we helped our clients move forward with the most appropriate scheme for their employees.
