David Rawlings - Director
David has been involved in the fleet industry for over 25 years. Before setting up his own business car consultancy practice, David led the car consulting team for Deloitte, bringing him into regular contact with all the major motor manufacturers and leasing companies where he designed fleet solutions and policies for some of the UK‟s biggest names. Before that David worked for UDT, financing fleet vehicles for larger businesses, leasing and rental companies.
David writes for most leading industry publications, including Fleet News, Fleet World and Business Car Magazine. He is also a regular speaker at automotive seminars, webinars and conferences, having presented at the Fleet News Risk and Hit for Six conferences as well as the Fleet World Toyota, Electric Vehicle and ACFO conferences.
Jeff Whitcombe - Director
Jeff is a member of the ICAEW, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996. Before setting up his own tax consultancy in 2009, Jeff spent more than 16 years working for Andersen and Deloitte.
Since 1998 Jeff has specialised in employee compensation and employment tax compliance, advising a wide range of businesses, including FTSE and AIM quoted companies, UK and foreign multinationals, UK mutuals and friendly societies, Private Equity backed companies and family owned businesses.
Jeff has extensive automotive consultancy experience, having worked on a range of significant consultancy projects. He was part of the Andersen team that developed and implemented the Structured Employee Car Ownership Plan (SECOP).
Following the transition to Deloitte, Jeff extended his automotive experience as he worked closely with David for many years and extended his automotive consultancy experience working on a range of business car related projects. Recently Jeff has written several articles for Fleet World, Fleet News and Business Car and contributed to several manufacturer publications.
